A passion for service

Together with my brother Mike, I cover the Great Southern and Central Wheatbelt and have met clients’ needs as far east as Esperance. We grew up on a farm so we understand first-hand the needs of farmers and the pressures that they are under. We’ve been in business now 5 years and our clients have always reported that our service is outstanding value for money. We are transparent with our fees, deadlines and margins and we’ll always return your call the same day.

Pauley and Co can supply and install variable speed drives to convert farm power to 3-phase. Our clients often find that they can supply parts cheaper than the catalogue price even after our procurement fee has been applied.

For our first three years in business we’ve been focussed on providing design and maintenance services to CBH and we continue to do so. That experience has taught us the importance of always putting client needs first and to benefit the broader community through our work.

We have rewired old houses, upgraded submains, project-managed aircon fitting, designed and constructed new technology for grain sampling and we pride ourselves on our track history of innovation.
